1. It initiates an auto response email with information completely unrelated to the app or any of it shortcomings.Latest update has made the app slower, videos load slower, you can't speed up the playback to get through a clip faster, and why in the world have you not fixed notifications so they work better? When I get a motion notification, I should be able to click on the notification and it should take me to the clip or a screenshot of the motion on the camera.

2. But what's the point of this if I WANT TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON IN MY HOUSE WHEN I AM AT WORK OR OUT!! Fix this!! It's annoying and truly frustrating as a mom.Update is horrible, when viewing on a phone or tablet the images no longer rotate.

3. I get all 4 cameras showing easily, tip my phone to the side, and the cameras remain as if the phone is upright leaving the camera view sideways.Terrible app that basically renders the entire system un usable.

4. Instead it still just takes you to the app where you have to dig through it and then scroll through the video to find it...?This isn't bad for being free but it does cut out a lot! I thought maybe it was our internet but after having everything checked it seems to be the app, majority of the time it says disconnected, it wasn't too bad until it was updated now it's more frequent and the picture isn't that great.

I would recommend it if ur not in a bad area other than that I've got robbed 3 times but the picture was so bad and so short it couldn't be usedThe only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because this is great when it works, but it simply has not reliably worked for over a year and it has been "disconnected" for months.

1. Fix Swann Security Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Swann Security: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Swann Security App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Swann Security" » Open Swann Security » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Swann Security » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Swann Security app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Swann Security servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Swann Security" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Swann Security app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Swann Security might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Swann Security. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Swann Security then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Swann Security not working

2. Fix Swann Security Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Swann Security be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Swann Security not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Swann Security may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
