It could be so much better.Trying to cancel my subscription but it shows that I have no subscription but the money came out of my banking account so how am I supposed to cancel my subscription bought it for my two high schoolers and three elementary kids went into the app it's just videos very boring my kids would never use .. waste of time and money just get an app that cost $0.99I really love the app And the people I met Fiona today and she was really nice P.S If your seeing this Fiona I really love the app!! 1. Fix Adv4Teens Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Adv4Teens: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Adv4Teens App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Adv4Teens" » Open Adv4Teens » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Adv4Teens » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Adv4Teens app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Adv4Teens servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Adv4Teens" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Adv4Teens app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Adv4Teens might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Adv4Teens. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Adv4Teens then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Adv4Teens not working

2. Fix Adv4Teens Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Adv4Teens be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Adv4Teens not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Adv4Teens may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
