1. You will not survive against competitors unless you seriously update and fix your apps!!When y0u are having a problem and you have to cancel,,,it's very difficult..and you can't get any help or proper institutions..and the man who sold this money sucking app to me said he would be available,,hasn't and won't help.. MONEY SUCKING APP IS WHAT THIS IS..AND I WOULDNT GIVE IT A STAR AT ALL FROM ALL THE STRESS IT HAS GIVEN ME..and now it won't let me log on.. this is complete TRASSSHHHHI haven't got to experience the app yet.

2. It keeps saying 'the app is built for an older version of Android.'I am paying $20 a month for this program.

3. That goes for all the SW apps.App does not work! I put in our login information yet the app doesn't ever login to account.

4. Please fix this error!! We pay for the Skwids learning program there for shouldn't have this problem.I just signed up for the SWAdvantage apps and so far, not good.

5. Also, the music is so loud and obnoxious that you cant hear what the questions are, and there is no option to mute it.

6. I like the material in the app but my main problems with it are that the quizzes only have one level of tests before it expects your child to be able to read.

1. Fix SkWids Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SkWids: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SkWids App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SkWids" » Open SkWids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SkWids » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SkWids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SkWids servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SkWids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SkWids app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SkWids might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SkWids. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SkWids then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SkWids not working

2. Fix SkWids Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SkWids be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SkWids not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SkWids may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
