After reading other reviews this hasn't just happened to me, I agree that last year the app was great but please please please don't download this because you are just wasting your timeThis app worked great last year, but I cannot access the parents section this year to see the recordings... A bit frustrating and disappointingiv spent money on this app buying the different names and the different calls for it all not to work.. can't hear a thing Santa is saying.. I literally feel robbed.. I would recommend this app at all!So at first this wouldn't work on my phone so I messaged them and they updated so it works thank you so much!!!! I love this app! I contacted app developer several times without success , so now I am out over $10 and cannot use this with my kids.Amazing app great for all year round when kids are being naughty and you actually call santa to speak to them it's actually very believable compared to other apps where santa has a strange and unusual accent for the character.

3. It would be handy to be able to preview the kids names and how they are pronounced before adding them.I attempted to purchase my youngest son's name twice and even though I paid for it both times I was unable to download it.

4. Downloaded the extra videos but when you call Santa you can hear the video but cannot see the video.

1. Fix Video Call Santa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Call Santa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Call Santa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Call Santa" » Open Video Call Santa » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Call Santa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Call Santa app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Call Santa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Call Santa" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Call Santa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Call Santa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Call Santa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Call Santa then reinstall.
