Why should I report an Issue with Rukkaz: Game with Influencers?

1. Edit:Nvm it doesn't work anymore.... Ya lost 2 stars for that :/3 stars because it doesn't let me scroll down to press the ok button but other then that I'm sure the game is great....if it let me in the game but I understand that you need my age to be in the appalways loads of fun, excellent hosts and great opportunity for kids to meet some of their favourite star creators.

2. Its very bad.It's not bad but it would be better if we could add our own videos 2 or 5 minutes long about gaming! I just want to post a cookie run oven break video! :DIt's terrible it has so much glitches like it sed I have no internet it's fine it works on other apps not this one please fix this it really annoying also I couldn't get in the game I readed some other chats some say it works some have the same glitch just fix ITYay! Im so glad its out on android now.

I been joining the events weekly for a long time with my daughter who always enjoys itI haven't played it in a while because my phone has been broken so I'm so exit to go back on it and have lots and lots of fun.♡☆pretty good but I hate the part that u have to send a message to ppl, s parents for the name of the person in the game.I really thought this was going to ne a good app but it wasnt.

4. Look- I found this app while on Popjam and I decided to get it, but my only issue is that I need to put credit card info! Though it might seem reasonable to do this for verification, I don't trust this.

6. Does it have kirby? The only reason i installed it wad to play kirby.

7. You can only play when the influencers are playing, and I always miss it.

1. Fix Rukkaz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rukkaz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rukkaz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rukkaz" » Open Rukkaz: Game with Influencers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rukkaz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rukkaz: Game with Influencers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rukkaz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rukkaz: Game with Influencers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rukkaz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rukkaz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rukkaz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rukkaz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rukkaz not working

2. Fix Rukkaz Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rukkaz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rukkaz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rukkaz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
