Why should I report an Issue with Yepp – memes&short videos?

Also there aren't any "prizes" to use you CHANCES on.The app was great first starting out, it let you get Amazon gift cards and other things, never had an issue with it but now all their doing is offers, why?, That's stupid and I didn't ask for a down grade, also I liked that fact that i was able to watch an ad and post as many memes as possible, but now with the new update idk, and I don't think I like it, also I would give this 2 1/2 stars if it would let me, maybe the creator of this app should change it back to the way it was, it was better.Not man people on the app that view apps I have created some great content and have like 4 likes but I save it to my phone and put it on Facebook and get hundreds of likes also all the stuff that you can register to win like yepp coins and stuff , it won't let me register keeps saying something went wrong.

2. Of course no response.The app is a scam, they claimed to share 50% of revenue with the users and 100 yepp coins were supposed to be equal to 1 usd but the app removed withdraw button without prior intimation and withdrawal is no longer available.

3. No one ever wins the raffles with the conversion cash out system at least it feels more guaranteed instead of a gambleIt was an okay app! I was cashing out via a crypto exchange.

4. Yepp please fix this, or at least give us some info...The app is working and easy to understand, but it looks like they are trying to make a quick cash grab at the moment.

5. Feel like this app is one big waste of time and slows down your phone.it use to be great but now that I'm earning good with it the only way to redeem is with a raffle.

1. Fix Yepp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yepp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yepp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yepp" » Open Yepp – memes&short videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yepp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yepp – memes&short videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yepp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yepp – memes&short videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yepp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yepp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yepp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yepp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yepp not working

2. Fix Yepp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yepp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yepp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yepp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
