Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Mymusic Issues
1. Fix Mymusic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Mymusic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Mymusic App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mymusic" » Open Mymusic » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mymusic » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Mymusic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mymusic servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mymusic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Mymusic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mymusic might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Mymusic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mymusic then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mymusic not working
