Why should I report an Issue with Subtitles for video Translator?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Waste of time and data.If you would allow me a few minutes to actually work out how to use it before bombarding me with adds I might actually be able to use it.... WHAT A TOTAL LOAD OF UNUSABLE RUBBISH.... UNINSTALLED!Completely useless, who created this app.

2. It doesn't even deserve a single star.....This is absolutely nonsense!!!!! Very useless app! Please don't download, it's waste of energy, data and time!The app doesn't work.

3. I was continuously trying to translate subtitles and it was again and again showing "subtitles found" but as I start the video it was the same.

4. Absolutely chaotic user interface/settings screens (like looney tunes) and badly translated (ironically funny considering that the app is a translator).

5. Disables advertisements on YouTube so im still giving it 4 stars even though it was in top 3 for my translating close captions search.The UI is messy and annoying to use.

6. Doesn't have a option of choosing either the voice or just subtitles.

7. Unfortunately I spent more time "trying" to get a video running than I did actually watching.

8. Pricing is "much" too high for the state of current development (especially support pricing! Seriously?) .

9. I don't need a voice translation just subtitle translation.Disgusting app.

10. To save your data do not download the app or else u end of deleting it.

1. Fix Subtitles Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Subtitles: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Subtitles App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Subtitles" » Open Subtitles for video Translator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Subtitles » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Subtitles for video Translator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Subtitles servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Subtitles for video Translator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Subtitles app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Subtitles might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Subtitles. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Subtitles then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Subtitles not working

2. Fix Subtitles Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Subtitles be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Subtitles not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Subtitles may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
