1. Contacted support days ago but yet to receive a reply.I thought there,d be more levels but my boy finished the game in minutes.White screen does nothing!Have tried to install multiple times with no success.

2. At first, I thought the sections were very easy and short, but then I realized that each section evolves into further challenges (like a story) as tasks are completed.

3. My son didn't realize this and kept hitting the "House" button to choose a different section whenever he finished the first task.

1. Fix Pango Zoo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pango Zoo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pango Zoo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pango Zoo" » Open Pango Zoo: Animal Fun Kids 3-6 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pango Zoo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pango Zoo: Animal Fun Kids 3-6 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pango Zoo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pango Zoo: Animal Fun Kids 3-6" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pango Zoo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pango Zoo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pango Zoo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pango Zoo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pango Zoo not working

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pango Zoo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
