1. He can't build a young as selecting a track, the selection doesn't stick.It's a nice game, my son loves it! But every time he selects the trashbin, the game crashes.wouldn't open on Chromebook right after installation.

2. I enjoyed the interaction with the characters and being able to move and change colors & sizes of all the structures you've chosen to use.WellWorth a download.But maybe more sounds & movements.Installed onto my sons phone and it doesn't work.

3. It seems like a fun and educational game for lil ones.. that is until the sounds of frustration begin because the options/characters freeze and nothing can be added to the template.

4. All this app needs is a little developer TLC to fix the bug and this game is golden.I have a 3 year old nephew who i downloaded this for, for some reason he didnt really take to this game like he has all the other MANY games I've downloaded before.

5. unfortunate, my son likes playing this game at the library.Keeps crashing as soon as you make a selection.I wish there was a tutorial.

1. Fix Pango Build City Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pango Build City: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pango Build City App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pango Build City" » Open Pango Build City: kids 3-8 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pango Build City » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pango Build City: kids 3-8 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pango Build City servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pango Build City: kids 3-8" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pango Build City app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pango Build City might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pango Build City. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pango Build City then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pango Build City not working
