Why should I report an Issue with Gaia: Streaming Consciousness?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It leads to an annoying experience, and it only gets worse as they add more shows.I love the content, but if I pause on my phone to use a different app and come back to the video, it will take me to the app's home screen, or sometimes to the main screen for the series I'm watching.

2. Thank you.Horrible navigation/UI, Anytime you find an episode of something you want to look at the other episodes in the series, there is no easy way to get to the series and episodes.

3. Also, i would suggest a different way of organizing the amazing amount of content, so that the user can navigate and find things faster.

4. However it does also crash frequently while simply searching or scrolling, and occasionally during normal video playback.The content is amazing and unique.

5. For instance, if I'm watching episodes of a series, done only 5-15 minutes long, I have to recast it to my TV with each episode instead of it staying in cast.

6. Particularly with the background playback feature that allows you to listen while doing other things on your phone.

7. Fixing this issue will help a lot! Being able to cast the app and not just individual content would be the fix.

8. Content gets 5 stars but the app itself only 3 stars from me.I think the wealth of information and content on Gaia is absolutely fantastic.

9. Then I need to click a few times and scroll all the way down to the video I was watching, and then half the time it starts the video at the beginning, so I need to seek the spot where I left off.

10. Longer episodes of some things would be great, or instead of doing 5 minute episodes put them together into a 45 minute or hour program.

11. Other than that, it is very well organized and easy to search, and the videos are very, very intellectual and worth watching and learning from.

1. Fix Gaia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gaia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gaia App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gaia" » Open Gaia: Streaming Consciousness » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gaia » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gaia: Streaming Consciousness app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gaia servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gaia: Streaming Consciousness" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gaia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gaia might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gaia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gaia then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gaia not working

2. Fix Gaia Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gaia be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gaia not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gaia may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
