1. I tried many time, every time a white screen appears and the app gets restarted.I am quite disappointed with the Pro version of the app as it provides with no new content whatsoever, the video and notification sections are always blankI paid an amount of 60 rupees to upgrade the app for a pro version .and whenever i try to operate the pro version features , it says the app is not working properly .Please check the WAT series...they are not opening for the past two days .I tried uninstalling and installing again.

2. Please update it ASAP! , Lecturette topics are also not opening after i got the pro version.great experience after reading the content of the ssb's requirement.

3. I am writing this after waiting for 10mins, thinking now TAT will start but I didn't ( my internet is working fine).I have used the app for not more than a minute and already 8 ads have popped up.Never seen an app made only to make money, it's juat irritating.

1. Fix SSB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SSB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SSB App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SSB" » Open SSB » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SSB » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SSB app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SSB servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SSB" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SSB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SSB might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SSB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SSB then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SSB not working

2. Fix SSB Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SSB be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SSB not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SSB may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
