1. Half of the time it does not send a confirmation email after you place your order, occasionally after you select your store it will switch to another store, and the full list of items available in the restaurant are not available on the app.
2. There have been lots of other little glitches with the app but this is unacceptable! Wouuld rate the app zero stars if I could.All the reviews i read were 1 star and poor descriptions, but for me it was extremely easy to navigate, payment worked perfectly, and our correct order was ready to go when i got there.
3. I tried to order, even I went to check out it said it couldn't process it because one of the items want available, but it wouldn't tell me which item.
4. The worst part is if there is a problem with your order, say it gets sent to the wrong location, there is no way for the local store to refund your order.
5. My Order is consistently wrong, I don't believe the employees preparing the order get the full information, website ordering has different options, less confusing, and my order is always correct.
6. When I finally ordered, I didn't even get a confirmation email! Terrible online ordering.Tried to do order but won't let me.
7. I tried removing and adding items to figure out what was available and still kept getting the error, or the error that my order wasn't $10.
8. AVOID the app, call your local store or order in person.
9. I can't sign into my existing account! Had to order on laptop... You can't edit your order quantity from inside your cart.
10. The app has caused me to stop eating here.This is one of the worst apps I have ever used to order food.
11. The order shows my toppings in the order confirmation, but they receive it without any toppings.
