1. That's fine, but I had already selected my store when ordering so I don't think I should have been taunted with those better options I can't have! Check-out was a breezeI love Dickeys but the app won't let you sign up for an account and it's difficult to even get through the process to that point.
2. Refusing to simply change an item in Cart to zero quantity; you have to find the invisible Edit icon for that one item and guess it has a Remove choice.Overall easy & nice experience.
3. First put in the order as delivery then went all the way thru to find out there was no delivery available and instead of just changing from delivery to pick up the order had to be completely deleted and had to start all over.
4. Also, the selection to add a card after an order does not go to anything, the confirm button at the bottom doesn't take you anywhere so that little bit will need a link added too.
5. But overall, the app itself works very well and is easy to navigate.Took 40 minutes to do an order.
6. Lastly, when I tried to apply my reward, it made me start my order from scratch to do so, and then it didn't even work.
7. Having to choose a window instead of just ordering for ASAP incentivizes using a third party app instead.
8. And, get this..............it works 99.9% of the time.Easy to use, navigate, browse, and checkout.
9. If I want to leave a tip for an online "to-go" order, I'll do it when I get to the restaurant and see that it's ready, the order is correct etc.
10. Easier to just set up all your info at one point from setting up the app (like window to window)- rather than having to select your profile and put your information in.
11. Sometimes out of frustration I just cancel the order altogether or order in the store instead.
