1. If I want to delete the messages, I have to hold my phone at the right angle to be able to see the word "delete" since the text is the same color as the text box it's in & I had to Google a tech forum to find that.

2. Dumb! UPDATE: I had an e-mail thread with someone I "thought" was support who insisted that I could delete messages by swiping left.

3. Then why did you engage with me in a 10 message back and forth thread as if you WERE tech support? When I asked this person to connect me with tech support so I could share my issue about the app as well as the easy fix, the person told me they don't have tech support for this app.

This used to happen very infrequently, however the last 6 attempts to order have resulted in the app failing.I'll start by saying it's a really functional, easy-to-use app, and you can get free coffee with a purchase! But it doesn't show all of the selections they have in-store, which can be frustrating.

5. Not able to lookup order, not able to refund you, NOTHING!This is made worse by the fact their support team is through EMAIL ONLY!! Uninstall now.I got this app and ordered through it once.

6. I sent screenshots of the issue to this support person and they still insisted that swiping left worked.

7. When attempting to place an order, the loading animation just spins for about a minute then a message appears that something went wrong and to try again later.

8. I can't even order a poppy seed bagel! It only gives me like 8 out of 20 different bagel options that every franchise sells.

9. However last week an order got lost in the system sometime between me being charged and the location receiving my order.

10. This app can't do the most basic of functions: allow me to order the bagels I want! If I don't want their preset box, I have to go into the store.

1. Restart Einstein Bros Bagels: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Einstein Bros Bagels App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Einstein Bros Bagels" » Open Einstein Bros Bagels » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Einstein Bros Bagels » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Einstein Bros Bagels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Einstein Bros Bagels servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Einstein Bros Bagels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Einstein Bros Bagels app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Einstein Bros Bagels might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Einstein Bros Bagels. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Einstein Bros Bagels then reinstall.
