1. If I want to delete the messages, I have to hold my phone at the right angle to be able to see the word "delete" since the text is the same color as the text box it's in & I had to Google a tech forum to find that.

2. Dumb! UPDATE: I had an e-mail thread with someone I "thought" was support who insisted that I could delete messages by swiping left.

This used to happen very infrequently, however the last 6 attempts to order have resulted in the app failing.I'll start by saying it's a really functional, easy-to-use app, and you can get free coffee with a purchase! But it doesn't show all of the selections they have in-store, which can be frustrating.

5. Not able to lookup order, not able to refund you, NOTHING!This is made worse by the fact their support team is through EMAIL ONLY!! Uninstall now.I got this app and ordered through it once.
