1. Only thing I wish is that they would've done it way sooner.Dude I really love this app.. but there is one thing I wish to have Fix... When playing on my phone an screen is lock... The music will play only one song then stop..an I have to go in my pocket as I work to pull it out an press play... this app wasn't always like this I've been using this for over 6years maybe more.. so plz plz plz ... 2. I hope the developers are taking this input and will make the changes.I hate to give the app 2 stars cause I really love the website, I have been using the website since I was in Iraq back in 09.

3. Customer support...none. Comment, system isn't working...pointless,like the site's 90's interface.they lost my music I made growing up I had it all saved on soundclick.

4. I love soundclick Ive used the website for years..the only problem with the app is it wont let me download the songs.

5. Reason being for my rating is because it's disappointing to see after having the app out for a half a decade it still cuts off music and the app freezes up on songs.

8. It's been over 5 years, this problem should have been fixed.The new update is a major upgrade from what it used to be.

1. Fix SoundClick Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SoundClick: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SoundClick App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SoundClick" » Open SoundClick » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SoundClick » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SoundClick app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SoundClick servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SoundClick" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SoundClick app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SoundClick might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SoundClick. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SoundClick then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SoundClick not working

2. Fix SoundClick Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SoundClick be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SoundClick not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SoundClick may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
