As a hearing person with many dead friends, I would live to be able to call them through VRS, and not wait for them to call me, or text them and tell them to call me.Been trying to send code to my phone via text and never got any of code at all for a while.I downloaded wavello and it didn't work very well to chat with my deaf friends so I had to uninstall that app from my phone.That's good but I can't hear very well when I have the phone away from my ear looking at the person I'm talking to.

7. If each party had the ability to initiate the call though whatever device that party uses (ie: a Chromebook, such as myself) it seems that that would be fuller environment for both parties.

1. Fix Sorenson Wavello Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sorenson Wavello: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sorenson Wavello App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sorenson Wavello" » Open Sorenson Wavello » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sorenson Wavello » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sorenson Wavello app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sorenson Wavello servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sorenson Wavello" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sorenson Wavello app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sorenson Wavello might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sorenson Wavello. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sorenson Wavello then reinstall.
