WifiClock Customer Insights

1. Nothing is working! It works great my samsung galaxy a10e wouldn't connect to it and had a problem with it or whatever so I got my old phone it's a Samsung galaxy j3 prime it's a 2017 phone and it worked so I guess it might only work on older devices but it works great.

2. Also, weather information can't be displayed on WifiClock. The weather forecast isn't working/ displaying on the clock and it's very frustrating when it worked before the app have been updated!!Terribly unreliable.

3. And the clock works really good too the weather is right and the time is right everything is right. This does not work well.

4. Keeps losing connection and then tells me to replace my WiFi network, even though I'm sitting right next to the router.Does not work.

5. My network has both 2.4 and 5 ghz wifi and the app won't connect because my phone is on the 5ghz by default and I don't know how to change that.

6. They say that they are connected but clock face isn't changing from reading wrong time, date, and no weather.

7. Please fix this.In the last several weeks my alarm clock and phone refuse to connect properly through the app.

8. April version is 3.1.0 while this version is 3.1.3 Couldn't connect and adjust timing of my region.

9. I'm sure if my network were 2.4 ghz I could get this app to work, but sadly that is older tech and the default for my router is 5 and I can't do anything about it.Such a bad update.

10. It took many tries before it connected and then 5 minutes later it went offline and could not connect again.

11. Now it has an annoying buzzing sound because it can't connect.I could not get this app to work.
