Why should I report an Issue with TunesHolic?

1. I only have a few problems and wishes, I wouldnt mention them all cuz some of arent really that bad... first of all I wish u wouldnt be able to import the same song twice or more, its frustrating if I would make a mistake and accidentally import the same song twice, also I wish u can delete the current songs imported and get refunded, n lastly I wish that I can change the bgI like how we can choose our own songs as well as how we want to play,like how turning off the double note doesn't affect how we get our score,hope we could change the background or the notes tho but overall, it's nice.The thing I love best about this is the fact that, once you unlock a music, you can always play it anytime — no energy refills, no waiting time.

3. 3Upto8 fingers are tight on a smartphone.I would give 5 stars but there is only 5 songs on the game, to have any fun you have to download music to your phone then in put it in the game costing coins? Beautiful game, fun when you get a good song, up date the game adding more additional songs to the home play sceen.

4. Plus, you don't have to be online to play the game.This game is too colorful i suggest you remove the graphic equalizer thing in front of the notebar and make an option to disable album arts or just make the theme like Beat Mp3.

5. but overall,this is the best rhythm game,and the only one i play.Though not the best, this is the closest i could get to Tap Tap Revenge - Metallica.

1. Fix TunesHolic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TunesHolic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TunesHolic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TunesHolic" » Open TunesHolic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TunesHolic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TunesHolic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TunesHolic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TunesHolic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TunesHolic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TunesHolic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TunesHolic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TunesHolic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TunesHolic not working

2. Fix TunesHolic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TunesHolic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TunesHolic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TunesHolic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
