I definitely recommend this app to anyone who might need these highly valuable services!It was great for a while and everything was working well until the first time I had a problem with my order.I had a picture of getting the wrong item, and it took me a number of tries with customer service until finally someone in customer service by phone, not by chat, agreed to give me a refund, and by then a lot of time was wasted.Contrast that with how easy it normally is for me to get a similar problem resolved with other delivery apps, and I was turned off from it, sadly.It had potential.Love this app.

2. Still same issue with latest 5/9/23 update.This app is solid as far as basically working and doing what it needs to do, but the only advantage it has over GrubHub, etc, are the points you accumulate towards free pizza.

3. There are times when it's convenient though.After I explained the issue to their support team via email as requested: "I'm so sorry about that but maybe there are some issues with your device." --- Original post: Stuck at loading screen with spinning yellow circle around the Slice logo.

4. A "free" pizza requires a $30 minimum making it more of a coupon than a reward, which is fair and all but the $30 minimum is buried pretty deep in the FAQ'sI've been using Slice app, now, for at least 3 years+ or so.

5. With that being the case, there is no advantage to using Slice ove other delivery apps or just ordering direct from the restaurant.I noticed that everything listed on the app was a dollar more.

6. Easy to order and get status on pizza delivery.

7. The problem is, you HAVE to use the mobile app to accumulate points, and there is no record of which platform you ordered on, so accumulation of points is easy to fudge and hard to track.

8. I have ordered from several places & my local place numerous times, it's easy & simple.The app does what is says very well.

9. During this time, I have only come across a problem twice, and both times I was able to Quickly and Easily contacted/ or be contacted by this app's friendly, patient, and compassionate Customer Service.

10. Also, your current order will disappear from the home page even though it hasnt been delivered, which makes it tricky to check on the status of your order.Nothing special.

1. Fix Slice Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Slice: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Slice App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Slice" » Open Slice: Pizza Delivery/Pick Up » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Slice » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Slice: Pizza Delivery/Pick Up app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Slice servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Slice: Pizza Delivery/Pick Up" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Slice app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Slice might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Slice. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Slice then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Slice not working

2. Fix Slice Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Slice be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Slice not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Slice may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
