1. Same issueAs a student I find this app really helpful especially so I can know when my favorite lunches are! I have this on both my tablet and my computer so I can check anywhere and even without internet!Keep having issues with it shutting down! Can't print now either.

2. Must be a corruption case.Not working AT ALL! Can't get passed the "Get Started" opening screen!Worked great til the update April 13th.

3. It's very annoying bc we are busy and, even though I can see the menu daily, I don't always check my phone when we are getting ready for school.

4. Also having issues all of a sudden with getting the monthly menu for my child's school.

5. All the menus are confusing and not particularly concise and, it is hard to find what you are looking for, though that may just be my school's fault....Right now the app will not let me access the menus! Ive never had an issue with the app til now!Ok app.

1. Fix Nutrislice Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nutrislice: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nutrislice App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nutrislice" » Open Nutrislice » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nutrislice » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nutrislice app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nutrislice servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nutrislice" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nutrislice app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nutrislice might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nutrislice. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nutrislice then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nutrislice not working

2. Fix Nutrislice Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nutrislice be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nutrislice not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nutrislice may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
