1. Total trash.Unable to connect to drone and capture any footage... would think with so many negative comments about it they might step up and fix the issue...So what's up with getting this app to actually connect to the drone?!?!! I see many many comments having the same issue but no resolution....what's up developers? Let's get some answersHow to enter a password.After connecting to Wi-Fi I opened the app and it is not showing any option to enter a new password and is not showing the vedio mode.I love the way the drone flies but there is somrthing I do not like about it 1.You need to find the internt if it is mot in range you have to wait for it.

3. It asks you to connect to their Spider-Drone wifi and then make a password, but there is not a wifi option for it in settings.

4. The MEBO 2.0 app hasn't worked for over two years now and they haven't bothered to fix it, turning this expensive toy into a paperweight less than a year after I bought it.

5. I don't know if you're supposed to have an actual drone or something, but there's no info on this on the play store for it, nor is there anything on the app for questions.

6. I highly do not recommend as it wasted my time.This company does not support its products.

1. Fix Spider-Drone App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Spider-Drone App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Spider-Drone App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spider-Drone App" » Open Spider-Drone App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spider-Drone App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Spider-Drone App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spider-Drone App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spider-Drone App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Spider-Drone App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spider-Drone App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Spider-Drone App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spider-Drone App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Spider-Drone App not working
