Dear customer service, I would like to inform you that i face an issue with Sky viper video viewer application as it doesn't run properly on my Huawei P30. The operating system is Android EMUI Version 12.0.0. At the very first run of app , it prompts me to follow 4 steps. Once i switch to SKYVIPER_XXX WIFI successfully and return back to application afterwards, i still see the 4 steps and there is no other option. The same issues appears on my ipad pro 2020 which runs iPadOs 17.0.3. The firmware of drone is updated to the latest version Aug 2018.
