Why should I report an Issue with SkySafari Legacy?

1. I also was wondering about more landscape backgrounds or land types if not custom? Its perfect the way the app is though.When it works good, it works great and I love it, but other times when it comes to locating the "tonights best" it doesn't always help you locate the item.

2. It is loaded with options and information, and the customizing of exact location makes it work great for what to expect in yur nightly skies, both now and in the future.I dont think it can get much better than this.

3. Too bad there's not a knob to dial down the city lights! A great tool when you can escape the city.This app is phenomenal! It is by far the best sky viewing app available.

1. Fix Sky Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sky: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sky App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sky" » Open SkySafari Legacy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sky » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SkySafari Legacy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sky servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SkySafari Legacy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sky app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sky might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sky. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sky then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sky not working

2. Fix Sky Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sky be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sky not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sky may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
