11. I don't really like this app is because it takes out the sound of the video but it makes the video shorter which is the only problem I'm having.

1. Fix Video Mute Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Mute: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Mute" » Open Video Mute » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Mute » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Mute app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Mute servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Mute" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Mute app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Mute might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Mute. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Mute then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Mute not working
