1. This is for all the user who are thinking to download this application.🤬🤬🤬I haven't seen such a poor customer service😡 Even we can't do recharge properly yrr... Such a worst cable service and such a worst app!Not deserving a single star also...Cant even start the app..there is always loading error..just remove it from the playstore .Hi I think Its worst tv network in Nepal , No Signal in TV from 3 months, complained so many times to operate but no response..... ..The app doesnt even load.

2. Very bad experience, while opening app it show only loading error.. Please take it seriously as your cousomer is very precious for youStill haven't solved the error of the app, what can we expect from your customer service now? Pretty useless app and useless cable service provider.I didn't even want to give a single star for this bloddy app.

1. Fix Mero TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mero TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mero TV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mero TV" » Open Mero TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mero TV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mero TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mero TV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mero TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mero TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mero TV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mero TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mero TV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mero TV not working

2. Fix Mero TV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mero TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mero TV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mero TV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
