Why should I report an Issue with Laluna: Horoscope & Numerology?

Please, fix this?Possibly good for people born in english speaking (alphabet) countries as you cannot change the alphabet used for calculations, so the result is not correct for people with names containing different characters (meaning I cannot type in letter č - it leaves an empty place or i have to use letter c but it does not give the same result).

2. Downloader or new use beware.It has some interesting features but the #1 feature I look for in astrology apps is the compatibility chart and unfortunately whenever I select Scorpio (myself) + Cancer (who I'm interested in) the app closes.

3. This app focuses on positivity which we all need! Kudos to application developer! I ended up paying to get the other features and removing ads.

4. An ad should be targeted towards the user, and make me want to click on it, not make me want to shut it down.Warning App seemed fine, but being charged for it when I did not accept or sign up for free trial is a problem & 29.99 is a lot to lose just to try out an app.

5. When I leave you this time I expect my data to be deleted.Loud, obnoxious ads first thing after opening the app and entering my information, nope, that's how you get uninstalled.

6. awesome awesome awesome! the numbers speak to me like my twin sibling! I love all of the features and the positive reinforcements that go with each number.

7. There's a right way and a wrong way to do ads in an app, I fully understand the need for them but when you shove them in my face when I first open your app and they're loud and obnoxious, that's not the way to do it.

9. Engaging with daily forecasts as well as therapeutic reminders of one's life purpose for those times when you can't seem to hold it as clearly as you once did.Design is nice and content seems fair.

10. There are numerology apps that have the option to change the alphabet used for calculations.Pretty good app.

1. Fix Laluna Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Laluna: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Laluna App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Laluna" » Open Laluna: Horoscope & Numerology » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Laluna » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Laluna: Horoscope & Numerology app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Laluna servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Laluna: Horoscope & Numerology" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Laluna app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Laluna might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Laluna. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Laluna then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Laluna not working

2. Fix Laluna Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Laluna be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Laluna not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Laluna may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
