Why should I report an Issue with Musepic: Repeat Youtube Videos?

1. Overall if you're looking for a way to repeat music videos, this is up there as far as I'm concerned.As an artist who listens to music while I paint/draw/sculpt, being able to listen to a song without repeating it myself is amazing.

2. I recommend that you go back to the slightly older version, but if you can't, I suppose it's understandable.The app is great, I have been using it for years, but for the past couple months the search function has not been working.

3. The workaround I found is that opening the video you want to add to your playlist on the YouTube app and pressing the share button pops up with an option to open it with Musepic, allowing you to add it to your playlist like normal.

4. Is that because of something "I'm" doing, or is it just the app? Is there any way to stop that?I've been using this app for seven months and have accepted a minor defect of repeat counts incrementing by more than 1 on many of my clips.

10. If you pay for the upgrade there is a partial work around, but it isn't perfect (it creates a miniplayer that's disconnected from the app), and that you cannot choose the definition of the video.This is my updated review.

11. A really good app, I hope Sharkear fixes the search function soon.I used to use this constantly but with the last update or two it WON'T let me look up videos/music to get new ones to listen to.

1. Fix Musepic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Musepic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Musepic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Musepic" » Open Musepic: Repeat Youtube Videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Musepic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Musepic: Repeat Youtube Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Musepic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Musepic: Repeat Youtube Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Musepic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Musepic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Musepic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Musepic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Musepic not working

2. Fix Musepic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Musepic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Musepic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Musepic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
