Why should I report an Issue with Dashboard for Tesla?

(Watch) As stated, this really doesn't add anything the average user needs over and above the Tesla app.App is good but the minor bugs keeps causing me to have to log into my accountand sometimes doesn't interact with my car causing me to be stuck outside of it waiting for it to wake up and recognize I'm trying to send it a command.

3. I have seen done really good IOS apps, I know there are still some things to add here especially since it's a kind of expensive app.Got this app specifically to schedule charging during super off peak hours and it works well during those hours.

4. I bought the Smart Charging add-on, and that buzzes my smart watch every 30 minutes all day long.

5. However, sometimes charging randomly starts and stops outside of those hours or the charging starts 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

6. You'll have to keep it running in background to have any kind of quick access feature the app promises.The app offers plenty of functionality, but it could seriously benefit from a good UI designer.

7. Would like a refund for the speed clocking add-on since it doesn't work if possible.

8. Would love to see more advanced charging schedules to take better advantage of our off peak and peak periods.

9. The programmable routines are really useful and make up for the lack of smart charging and climate controls on the car.

1. Fix Dashboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dashboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dashboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dashboard" » Open Dashboard for Tesla » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dashboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dashboard for Tesla app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dashboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dashboard for Tesla" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dashboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dashboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dashboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dashboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dashboard not working

2. Fix Dashboard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dashboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dashboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dashboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
