1. The recycling guidance rules are pretty generic, but certain locales may have slightly different rules.I'm having trouble uploading anything :( I was really excited to use this app cause I'm New to Recycling ♻️ But after I take a pic of the Barcode it just loads & Loads & doesn't do anything else :( It looks like a really cool App & I'd really like to use it! I know it's not my internet cause I have 5G, I just wish it would work!😥Seems pretty useless.

1. Restart Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy" » Open Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Scrapp | Zero-waste made easy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
