1. Same profiles are coming again & again then what is the use of taking membership in ur app... Developer team take a action asap last time also i have given the feedback still i can't see any changes in the appEach profile to which I send invitation to connect gives me reply that "sorry, I am already engaged".When I tell about my this problem to costumer care executives, they bluntly say that Only solution to every problem is purchasing assisted service of 24,000.

I have paid the fees through the link given by customer executive but didn't updated in the app..instead of giving a solution the customer service always hang up the phone..worst experience so farOne of the worst experience, 90%of the people not added the profile pictures always need to request for photo & no active profiles.

Develop the app protocol.Even after paying ..amount debited from my account with UTR reference screenshots sent , complaint to customer care and emails , account not updated ..so why we should pay ..it is total cheating ..I advise others not to pay for this matrimonial site ..and total distrubance with phone calls asking for payment .. but problem not solved ..useless site1.

4. stupid app intentionally curated to loot money from costumers 👎I totally disappointed this is the 2nd time i took gold membership previously one girl(Meghana) from Sc matrimony suggested me to take members ship later on even she didnot responding now one more girl chited me name is Vani.

5. which I paid for it and no relevant profile even for accept profile also they do time pass not this is the first time I facing its really bad Exprience continues for the 2nd time alsoI am experencing lots of errors in the app.

6. When i click a profile some other photos of earlier seen profiles are shown.

7. Each time i say to telecaller but they dont care about bugs.

8. After sending request only for 10sec we have a undo option post that if we needs to change the decesion we don't have a cancel option.
