1. Please remove send interest from places other than full profile page.Interest/messaging option is very poor in this app, more chance of sending messages to opposite party carelessly, no warning message to confirm before sending interest/messages.

2. Now it's showing always no internet connection when am having full internet ... What is the issue i don't understand... Very disappointedWorst matrimony app.. Before taking membership will show lot of matching profiles.. Once the payment is done will not show any profiles.. Some times experience lagging to browse..The app is so slow, it just freezes after scrolling through for a few minutes.

3. The app gets stuck almost all the time.. While viewing profile the app hangs and restarts to the dashboard... Really annoying app.. The team should focus on making the app cleaner and faster with smooth interfaceThe customer service are only eager to assist when it comes to renewal of prime or whatever plan expires.

4. Filters just for namesakes, if I put don't show already viewed profiles option in filters, it doesn't work; the search results shows the viewed profiles.

5. Worst app! it is not even opening and i can't view the contact details after payment....this is the second time showing " maximum number of views reached" without even viewing single contact details.Irresponsible staff ever! And fake promises too.

6. And why is there a send interest button in list of matches? It isn't shopping to send interest seeing just basic details and not the full profile.

7. From the search results if I view some horoscope of profile and when I press back button it directly goes to home page not even it shows the search results.

8. Is it rocket science to include an unsend button to undo accidently sent interests? Most profiles are handled by elderly parents and they are quite common.

9. I mean comeon, these are basic stuff.As a payed member I can't even save my search; save option is there for searches but its not working.

10. The most irritating part is customer care keeps on calling atleast 5 times a day in order to renew the plan before our package expires.
