Why should I report an Issue with OTAKU Social - Anime Friends?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. 💗Unable to post images it says image is too big,other apps don't have this problem,and this is really annoying when i can't post a single image, disappointed 😐It was fun until it started lagging and not letting me into the app.

2. Which sucks for those like myself who love to use emojis! Multi photo posts (the ability to post more then one image with a single post) would be a nice thing to have available here as well.

3. 💖 also we need better connection with Facebook And Twitter too make it easy for posting in multiples sites And Media At the same time.

1. Fix OTAKU Social Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OTAKU Social: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OTAKU Social App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OTAKU Social" » Open OTAKU Social - Anime Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OTAKU Social » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OTAKU Social - Anime Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OTAKU Social servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OTAKU Social - Anime Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OTAKU Social app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OTAKU Social might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OTAKU Social. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OTAKU Social then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OTAKU Social not working

2. Fix OTAKU Social Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OTAKU Social be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OTAKU Social not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OTAKU Social may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
