Why should I report an Issue with bubble for WM?

Their support is terrible and won't help you with anything and would rather put the blame on Google than themselves.Onf j-us updated so much here but the translation features need improvement also why i can't save voice massage when there's the download button?I want to share to the world my day anniversary and I can't take that screenshot.

3. I bought the service for B1A4's messages and they all post regularly so that part is quite good.If I delete a message, I should be allowed to replace it with another one! What is this?!? Extremely low number of letters allowed per message.

4. It seems i don't talk with idol, she talked to other person or she is not the real idol which is kinda suspicious, never install this app, you just pay for nothing.

5. It just runs everything via Google translate so a lot of the time your translated messages have lost the context.

6. Birthday message is also fake i got nothing, or mostly this app suit for such delusional person.

7. I can't even write a full sentence not to mention a phrase or anything of the sort.

8. Increase that to at least 240 (as it was with twitter at the beginning) or how many there are available in lysn.

9. Okay i'm done being stupid like this~The translations are honestly "just okay".

1. Fix bubble Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart bubble: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the bubble App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "bubble" » Open bubble for WM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for bubble » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear bubble for WM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from bubble servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "bubble for WM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check bubble app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, bubble might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall bubble. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall bubble then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing bubble not working

2. Fix bubble Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make bubble be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to bubble not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, bubble may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
