Why should I report an Issue with WhosHere?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I even tried to chat with my other account but couldn't unless I subscribe as program states user (myself) set preference to only allow subscribers to initiate conversation with which I didn't do nor asked for! Sad to see this application loses floor to other applications which will eventually make this software something from the past.The app already doesn't have that many users, but it was nice to find people nearby, however they changed the app and everytime I try to chat with someone an automated message comes up telling me I need to subscribe to send them messages, basically rendering the app useless, why would I pay money to use a chatting app that's already filled with ads? Many other chatting apps available.

This app is full with glitches that doesn't make it work properly, you can't log in most of the time to your account, it doesn't show profile photos no matter what you do, conversations very slow, you have to wait to get a reply, not much of regular updates to it to fix its glitches, in other words if your looking for a headache then this app is the right one for you.Dump Application The majority of accounts are locked and requires subscription to initiate a conversation with.

3. Removing it right away.Great experience , just need more extended distance .One of the strangest thing i noticed til now since some years of using this app , is that it does not open if u are connected with wi-fi , but in ur own mobile data internet it does....!!This stupid app not only crashes all the time and often fails to sign in but also keeps suspending my account for no apparent reason! If I could rate it as ZERO, I definitely would!I love this App.

4. Uninstalled.If i could give this under 0 rate o wouldn't hesitate, honestly i've never seen such a rubbish app like this one nothing is actually working it crashes all the time.

5. Do they really want people to use them? The developer of this app sure doesn't act like it.

1. Fix WhosHere Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WhosHere: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WhosHere App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WhosHere" » Open WhosHere » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WhosHere » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WhosHere app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WhosHere servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WhosHere" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WhosHere app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WhosHere might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WhosHere. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WhosHere then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WhosHere not working

2. Fix WhosHere Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WhosHere be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WhosHere not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WhosHere may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
