Schoox Customer Insights

1. Videos keep freezing and rewinding! Why a business would inconvenience their future employees by using this is ridiculous! It's taken me a day to get half way though a 3 minute video! I have to watch 12 of them! This makes me want to apply somewhere else! Very frustrating!My first time EVER signing into this app and it didn't work.

2. To navigate to training videos, click the drop down columns under your profile then select my courses to uncover slides.I am forced to use this app for work and its terrible.

3. Don't release garbage and expect people to stick with it till your developers can figure out how to actually build a profecient, effective, easy to use, robust and broadly scaled app to rival any otherI don't really understand how the app works, There is not a single course in the library.

4. If I log into it via my Facebook account, it makes me log out first even though the session ended a days ago, I dont get it.Poorly designed, doesn't recognize when you've completed courses, buttons that go nowhere.

5. app and website, both are full of dead ends where, while doing a lesson, screens white out, bottom-right checkmark buttons never become clickable.

6. It doesnt adjust screen settings, so it's still the viewing size as if I'm on my phone.Weak. Dev is taking forever and making no real progress.

9. I have finally just called my new employer to see if they can expedite this nightmare.This is a training app is only geared to teach you how navigate the Hot Schedules application.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Schoox Issues

1. Fix Schoox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Schoox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Schoox App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Schoox" » Open Schoox » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Schoox » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Schoox app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Schoox servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Schoox" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Schoox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Schoox might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Schoox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Schoox then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Schoox not working


2. Fix Schoox Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Schoox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Schoox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Schoox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
