1. Records Collection is an Android client for discogs. com - a user-built database of music. - Advanced Search (searching by Style, Genre, Country, Year, Format etc.

1. Brilliant!Have been looking forward to this for ages, whowever when I go to download my collection the app crashes at 66% on both my Sony Xperia tablet and my HTC one m7... GrrrrrI think this has a great base to improve on, and maybe a lot of the problems come from the limitations of Discogs' API or other factors, but what I really want this for is to take barcode snaps of records and then add them to my collection, which I plan to list for sale afterward.

4. And many unfound have barcodes that, after finding the record on Discogs, shows that it has that UPC code number listed in the barcode area! Again, I realize this may be a problem with the Discogs database, and not with the functionality of this app, but it's still not doing one of the basic functions I expect from it.

5. At least you can talk into your phone and say the name of the artist and song of the 12" single, which can get you what you want faster, BUT, so many times when I submit my search terms, nothing happens.

6. Keeps giving a message 'error loading collection' on HTC one m7 and says 'Try reloading'.

7. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared data and cache and nothing works.Now I can see all my music in one catalogue, and all the merchandise for sale.

8. Won't upload my collection needs updatedLoved it until it wouldn't load my collection.

9. I hit "go" or the little search magnifying glass icon and there' s not even a swirl.

10. Looking forward to a wantlist feature and marketplace.

1. Fix Records Collection Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Records Collection: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Records Collection App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Records Collection" » Open Records Collection » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Records Collection » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Records Collection app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Records Collection servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Records Collection" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Records Collection app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Records Collection might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Records Collection. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Records Collection then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Records Collection not working

2. Fix Records Collection Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Records Collection be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Records Collection not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Records Collection may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
