Why should I report an Issue with MTestM?

1. Please help me to fix this issue so that I can print the pdf file format.. Next, please developer can you improve this app to offline setting of a test.. Makes it easier to save data, phone power consumption,, thanks very much.Best app to make test but many students are saying that they can't download the test the downloading stops at 98%, options are randomly changed by itself and sometimes the image of question disappeares when the test is downloaded.

2. My only concern is why the app takes too much time to upload an xls test that has a thousand questions that doesn't even exceed an mb? And doing a test also takes too much time before it finally loads while it's all plain writing and no images or audio..? But still it works for my two phones.

3. I mostly need this for custom vocabulary tests and it's a must! feature.Everything else is awesome, I just wish while adding images into questions or options there was an option to crop.

4. I want to add single choice questions having 4 options and multiple choice questions having 5 to 6 or even more options using one same excel sheet for both types.

5. This way I am able to create and curate my quiz offline in Google sheets and then download as Excel and open via the MtestM app.

1. Fix MTestM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MTestM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MTestM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MTestM" » Open MTestM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MTestM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MTestM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MTestM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MTestM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MTestM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MTestM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MTestM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MTestM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MTestM not working

2. Fix MTestM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MTestM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MTestM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MTestM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
