Why should I report an Issue with FNF - Fun New Fight?

Please fix.Its kinda frustrating because it takes forever to load and after a week 1 it brings me back to the home screen and it againtakes forever to load and when I'm battling the arrow's lag out and counts as a miss Also during battling it lags alot and it makes me miss the notes along with ads and also when I leave the app and when I give up on waiting for it to load and when I'm on a different app it automatically bring me back to the loading screen Hybird please fix it 😤 or it's just an issue 😤😤This game is bad, it's very laggy especially the arrows.. This app completely sucks the reason for this is when you boot up the game it says loading ads and then it shows an add but when you skip it it shows another add and it does that endlessly and besides that, if you press the back arrow on your phone to go back the app completely crashes and it doesn't let you back in, I would love to see what the game looks like but I can't because of endless damn ads.

1. Fix FNF Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FNF: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FNF App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FNF" » Open FNF - Fun New Fight » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FNF » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FNF - Fun New Fight app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FNF servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FNF - Fun New Fight" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FNF app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FNF might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FNF. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FNF then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FNF not working

2. Fix FNF Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FNF be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FNF not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FNF may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
