FabFitFun Customer Insights

1. After ordering the box: Keeping track of the dates for customization and the different types of sales throughout the year is essential and will determine rather you like\dislike your FABFITFUN subscription box.Not really sure what the point of this app is, other than needing to be updated nearly every week and seeing no difference in the way it functions.

2. Hopefully next year's boxes will keep improving.My review is more based on the box rather than the app since I didn't seem to have as many problems with the app as other users....it didn't work perfectly 100% of the time but it was manageable.

3. I paid full price for it and received 6 items, a few of which I didn't care for and the options for customizing them were horrible so I had to choose things I didn't even want and the one thing I did want wasn't at all as expected.

4. So disappointed.I have been shopping in the edit sale for my first time, as I just got an annual subscription.

5. Most of the time for sales and customization, I have to do it through my browser anyway because the app will be glitchy or freeze up, so...🤷 ♀️More bug than program, truthfully.

6. Before ordering the box: Make sure that you understand how the customization works differently for annual and seasonal members.

7. I will shop on the app but I think it gets inundated with users during add on and customization opening so I use the website for those.

8. Haven't been able to actually get to the last customization yet.The app is great.

9. There's no reason for it being giving me that error EVERY single time I try to access the app.

10. I can't even shop add-ons: 1) nothing gets added to my cart 2) I can't exit my favorites unless I force stop and reopen the app.

11. I've never been able to access the full app, like the community part? Non-existent for me.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FabFitFun Issues

1. Fix FabFitFun Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FabFitFun: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FabFitFun App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FabFitFun" » Open FabFitFun » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FabFitFun » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FabFitFun app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FabFitFun servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FabFitFun" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FabFitFun app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FabFitFun might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FabFitFun. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FabFitFun then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FabFitFun not working


2. Fix FabFitFun Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FabFitFun be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FabFitFun not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FabFitFun may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
