1. Hi dear developer, thanks a lot for making the app, I have to say that I still have version 2.9.2 of this app and it still works on my old HTC phone, Android 2.2. And now I installed Android 12 on my Xiaomi phone, I live in Iran, I like to listen to the music of this radio, thanks again...RedioRec+ is "The Greatest" thank you, my gosh great app, & i had it installed on my Huwei 8 tablet 3G overseas worked like a dream & fast , listen & if you like >>record ,simple 😀 & ((Free)) , & I'm saying it how i experience it ...no more no less , download it nothing to lose , now I've it installed on T-Mobile USA, thank you again...This app isn't good and ideal black South Africans because it does have the most popular radio station e g Metro, Radio 2000 or atleast Jakaranda fm to listened to.

1. Fix RadioRec+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RadioRec+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RadioRec+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RadioRec+" » Open RadioRec+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RadioRec+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RadioRec+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RadioRec+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RadioRec+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RadioRec+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RadioRec+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RadioRec+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RadioRec+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RadioRec+ not working

2. Fix RadioRec+ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RadioRec+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RadioRec+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RadioRec+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
