1. I cancelled it everytime because whenever I mute it, the reply don't work.This is pretty cool I'm experimenting with auto replys and this is is so far the best I have tried a little confusing though in some ways but it's mostly trial and error.its good app but when i stop using this, in an hour it won't work when there is message recieved .. please fix this.

2. 2) The price for the Pro version should be a one time payment instead of a "subscription" considering that I might use the app only one or two days in a year.It worked fine for about 4 hours then stopped.

3. Thank you.It's fine and working but the thing is there is a notification that pop-ups everytime the reply sends.

4. So for example if my friend says "say test" And the reply is "say %tag%" Then it'll set the word "test" to %tag% or something like that So if my friend says "say yes" then the reply would be "yes" or "say no" then the reply would be no.

5. How do I get it to send the message just once when there is multiple instances of the same "received messages"? Also I was wondering if I could schedule the app to send messages without the need of a "received message".

6. I'll try after it's been debugged.It works for the first time! And some days later, now its not working.

7. The app worked like a charm for me, it replied instantly to all the messages I received in a day, so, I'm pretty satisfied with it.

8. The reasons why I'm giving only 4 stars, are: 1) The ads are quite intrusive and obnoxious to the point that some of them have loud sound, and that's really really annoying and disgusting.

9. On the settings, I turned on the autostart, the battery saver is off, the notification access is on, then its still not working.

10. I hope it works completely next time without repeatedly opening the app to refresh..It works REALLY WELL!!! And I like to use it as a bot.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Auto Reply Issues

1. Fix Auto Reply Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Auto Reply: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Auto Reply App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Auto Reply" » Open Auto Reply for FB Messenger - AutoRespond Bot » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Auto Reply » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Auto Reply for FB Messenger - AutoRespond Bot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Auto Reply servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Auto Reply for FB Messenger - AutoRespond Bot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Auto Reply app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Auto Reply might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Auto Reply. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Auto Reply then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Auto Reply not working


2. Fix Auto Reply Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Auto Reply be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Auto Reply not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Auto Reply may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
