1. Fix Vertical Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Vertical: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Vertical App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vertical" » Open Vertical - Exclusive Videos » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vertical » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Vertical - Exclusive Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vertical servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vertical - Exclusive Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Vertical app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vertical might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Vertical. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vertical then reinstall.
