1. Cannot sign in although I put in the correct user name and password assigned to me, the display of important information is very bad, and getting help is difficult and we've had to have multiple classes here to try to teach our residents how to use this.
2. This worked for me on my Android device after being denied entry.As a resident, the program does not work on a cell phone.
3. I can use it outside my community, wherever I travel, as long as I have wifi.John, check your device's settings and try resetting them.
