1. I received that on a first time install on an AT&T Samsung Galaxy S5 running Android 5.1.I couldn't watch live sermons, kept getting a sorry cant play this video notice.

2. Has it really been 4 years since this app was updated?The sermon notes are so important to me, but I keep running into technical errors when trying to create an account, and you can't access them as a guest.

1. Fix Community Bible Church Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Community Bible Church: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Community Bible Church App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Community Bible Church" » Open Community Bible Church » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Community Bible Church » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Community Bible Church app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Community Bible Church servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Community Bible Church" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Community Bible Church app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Community Bible Church might not work.
