The app also tends to crash a bit, really shouldn't be happening that much when you charge monthly, the paying user shouldn't have to reset the app multiple times during a session.The app is pretty hard to use, it moves with very big lag, it takes like 1 second for something to change and when I scroll it doesn't really go down.

2. All in all I'm pretty happy with the app, just needs improvementsGreat for exploring things in the best way personally I do use this app only to watch beautiful science innovations and I find it very addictive to explore and understand the machines like engines, motors, turbines etc.

4. But for an app to charge monthly and still have basic u.i. functionality neglected such as the x for closing windows (none of them work), is sad.

5. It wanted me to log in, an inconvince, but okay I created an acc and then I tried entering a 3D model of the heart but it told me something was wrong.

6. The problem is this is asking me to log in to watch animations and when I try to log in it's just showing loading sign.

7. Only thing is every once in a blue moon, the app doesn't want to load for me however, it usually fixes itself the next day without me reaching out.

1. Fix mozaik3D Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart mozaik3D: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the mozaik3D App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "mozaik3D" » Open mozaik3D - Learning is fun! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for mozaik3D » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear mozaik3D - Learning is fun! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from mozaik3D servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "mozaik3D - Learning is fun!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check mozaik3D app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, mozaik3D might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall mozaik3D. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall mozaik3D then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing mozaik3D not working

2. Fix mozaik3D Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make mozaik3D be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to mozaik3D not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, mozaik3D may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
