Why should I report an Issue with Renderforest Video & Animation?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Renderforest to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Thats horrific because we don't have any idea how our video is gonna be.... There MUST have that facility to see the video while we are making NOT after saving the vedio.Nice templates for music animation, but if you're looking for free app, this one is too high for price and not really recommended.

There's other apps are better and free on the playstore.Since I can't even demo-1 of your tablets without having to subscribe and pay money.. how about don't make it a free download if you're going to charge to even I'm done with you app creators that do this you get one star stay away!Great App.

3. Which is why I'm giving 4/5Great app, easy to use and master, simple tools and professional templates but subscription prices are too high, and it's only for a specific period wish there was a way to use premium templates for real though.

4. Sadly uninstalling.It is fun to do once you get the hang of it however all the templates/visuals should be at least 30 seconds!!!! They have really great templates/visuals but they're are short clips like 7-15 seconds with no other options.

5. A subscription is required to remove their watermarks, but is well worth it if it serves your purposeThe animations are great... BUT BUT BUT.... There is BIG problem, that I've never ever seen in any application.

1. Fix Render Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Render: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Render App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Render" » Open Renderforest Video & Animation » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Render » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Renderforest Video & Animation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Render servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Renderforest Video & Animation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Render app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Render might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Render. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Render then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Render not working

2. Fix Render Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Render be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Render not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Render may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
