Why should I report an Issue with Remotr - Remote Desktop?

1. Good job guys keep trying to fix bugs please! Don't give up on this.This app works great, however what keeps me from giving it a full 5 stars is that it's missing the ability to specify a custom port number for the streamer (instead of the default 8193).

2. Until they add security I would stay away!Use this all the time but sadly just ran into a snag connecting out of local wifi :( it appears everyone is having this issue! Help us and everyone let them know so they can fix the coding! All those complaining about blurry or lag it does require having a decent wifi connection but if you have that it's not a problem at all.

3. When I play GTA V with mouse and keyboard connected to my s9+, I am not able to look all way down, up and right, when moving mouse to the left, there is not an issue, i can rotate camera to the left some more even when my mouse hits the end on screen.

4. Nevermind the default gamepad controller not working on most games.Amazing app, please make fps experience with mouse and keyboard better.

5. Normally I use chrome remote desktop and that's great for getting the game ready, but this actually supports vector mouse movement so you can legitimately play.

7. But I rated 4 stars (changed from 3) because it crashed my computer after disconnecting and changes my mouse sensitivity and it is driving me crazy after every single use.

8. some of them require the remotr server on the pc to be terminated and restarted to fix (command queue only sends on mouse move, joystick desync, stuck keys).

9. Either way for an app that bills you every month the stability is very much lacking.DO NOT USE unless the vulnerability gets fixed! It actually works pretty well and it would've been at least a 4 star except they have a huge security flaw, there is no security.

1. Fix Remotr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Remotr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Remotr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Remotr" » Open Remotr - Remote Desktop » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Remotr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Remotr - Remote Desktop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Remotr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Remotr - Remote Desktop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Remotr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Remotr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Remotr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Remotr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Remotr not working

2. Fix Remotr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Remotr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Remotr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Remotr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
