2. Student review.I will like to know how to add another school to the notifications system I could only add the schools when I just installed the app, but once you have it on the phone there is no way to add or delete a school.Usually get alerts hours after a school incident occurs.

3. The last school closing/reopening didn't show up until 2 days after.It is suppose to be an app to help us know about CCISD.

4. The new update is only usefull if an emergency happens and blocks you from accessing the actual CCISD info.

1. Fix CCISD Alerts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CCISD Alerts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CCISD Alerts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CCISD Alerts" » Open CCISD Alerts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CCISD Alerts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CCISD Alerts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CCISD Alerts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CCISD Alerts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
