Why should I report an Issue with Mazel Match - Jewish Dating?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of mazel r&d to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

In reality, they will delete your profile without warning, not tell you, and be rude to you when you ask why you can't login.Now on top of that the app actually says that you have exceeded your limit of messages it now says your account has been temporally disabled while a terms violation is being investigated.

2. I guess if you don't give them what they want to hear this is what they do?????? Lol I rarely give reviews, but just on a business aspect maybe start charging a minimal fee or ads that way we are able to communicate unlimited because what is a dating app with limited communication or better yet a relationship?Please help! Unable to delete my account, wipe all my information from it and opt out.

3. Delete!This is probably one of best jewish dating apps out there - it offers everything you'd get from other sites but without the cash wall! The one issue it has at the moment, is lack of users (at least for a UK user).

4. I like to use my laptop with mouse too.This is a fake app ... I have completed the profile, and the last asking me to record a video of myself.... and there is no option how... and I think its stupid to record yourself for everyone to see.

5. It is really free and no ads!! The app is very good, easy to use, but very small number of users(but those there seems real which is rare for a dating app!).

6. I would also appreciate a wider/infinite range of "search radius" as I travel a lot, and would relocate for a serious match.

7. Update: if the developers dont like you, or your review of their app, they will post a polite reply on here suggesting you keep using the app and try again.

11. I know this isn't something the developers can control, but because of this I'm not really using the app as much as I'd like to...I do hope that changes really soon though!Not enough active users.

1. Fix Mazel Match Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mazel Match: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mazel Match App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mazel Match" » Open Mazel Match - Jewish Dating » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mazel Match » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mazel Match - Jewish Dating app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mazel Match servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mazel Match - Jewish Dating" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mazel Match app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mazel Match might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mazel Match. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mazel Match then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mazel Match not working

2. Fix Mazel Match Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mazel Match be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mazel Match not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mazel Match may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
